University of Nottingham Quantum Cooperative
About Us
The Quantum Cooperative is a new Special Interest Group (SIG) within the School of Computer Science at the University of Nottingham. We focus on advancing research in quantum computing and quantum information science, bringing together members of the following labs:
- the Functional Programming (FP) Lab,
- the Intelligent Modelling and Analysis (IMA) Group,
- the Computational Optimisation and Learning (COL) Lab,
- the Computer Vision Lab (CVL), and the
- Cybersecurity research group (CybSec).
Our mission is to foster collaboration among researchers and students. Current projects include the verification of quantum data structures and the application of artificial immune systems to quantum error correction.
